Contractor IT Talent Sourcer to support Corporate IT Recruiting

Can be remotely based from any state

40 hours / week; no overtime.

The IT Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for our IT roles. You will use different technology and social platforms to identify, engage talent, and build, help accelerate passive candidate pipelines for specific technical positions. This role will support sourcing for IT roles such Software Engineers, Software Developers, Architects, Data Engineers. We utilize a team approach to hiring, so you will always be challenged in whatever assignment you have.

In this role you know how to nurture relationships, and actively communicate with the candidate throughout the process. You can passionately articulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the business landscape and what makes client an amazing place to work. You are a highly effective communicator and are seen by the business as the expert at identifying IT/Technical talent. This is a collaborative role, working across the Talent Acquisition Recruiting team, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build a team of talented individuals that will support a best in class organization.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience sourcing IT / Technical top talent in a corporate recruiting or search firm environment

Deep experience with professional networking sites including niche sites

Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)

Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel

Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Proven experience sourcing IT talent

Basic experience using MS Teams, MS Outlook, Taleo, Phenom
