The Senior Talent Analytics Specialist manages all aspects of global assessment projects across multiple divisions and with external vendors. The Senior Specialist also conducts the ongoing analysis, interpretation, and communication of data to provide insight on the effectiveness of all management training program delivery across the organization. Working closely with the AVP, Global Talent Assessments, the Senior Specialist leads a program of research to mine all leadership assessment data to provide insights on additional development interventions that would be valuable, and continue to educate Human Resource Business Partners on the best way they can support our Associates and leaders in interpreting assessment findings.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all elements of global pilot tests for new assessment tools, involving cross-divisional coordination of Talent Leads, Talent Specialists, TA, HRBPs, and external vendors
- Leads research program to identify and communicate insights collected from all global leadership assessment data
- Creates and maintains dashboards examining the effectiveness of all corporate management education programs, and communicates findings on a regular basis to AVP, Global Talent Development
- Partners with AVP, Global Talent Assessments to provide global governance over all assessment practices and ensure secure storage and use of all assessment data
- Provides guidance to Coop students hired into Global Talent Management to assist with various assessment research and talent analytic projects
- Produces virtual and in-person training events to ensure that Human Resource Business Partners and Talent Acquisition internal partners are skilled and updated on various assessment methodologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on project/program management
- Supervisory skills, with ability to delegate effectively and deliver constructive and balanced feedback
- Developed problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills with demonstrated executive presence and confidence and courage to uphold governance principles
- High integrity and trust to manage confidential data and information
- Strong partnering and collaboration across Human Resources and business functions
- Design research studies
- Conducting analytics using statistical packages like SPSS, R, etc., and created dashboards and/or presentations synthesizing results
