ISO New England is looking to add a Technical Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team to help fill our talent pipeline with qualified and diverse candidates across a variety of business and technical fields.

How You Will Make an Impact
Screen resumes, conduct pre-screens with qualified candidates, oversee coordination of interviews with Managers, prepare offer letters after working with Compensation team for salary evaluations, monitor background check process, and direct onboarding activities
Heighten the candidate's understanding of ISO New England, its mission, and value proposition to the region, as well as create a feel for what it is like to work in such an engaging organization with the goal of encouraging more talent to apply to our openings
Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards and platforms, social media, networking, and search firms) to find and attract talent. Track recruitment sourcing effectiveness
Strategize with the team on different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
Champion diversity and inclusion sourcing and postings
Conduct check-ins with new talent to ensure a smooth onboarding process and assimilation
Evaluate new hire survey data to improve employee experience and employer value proposition
Build and maintain relationships with our posting partners, ensuring we are getting the most and best out of each agreement
Ensure our Application Tracking System (ATS) is up to date and accurate
Attend industry events and network when and where appropriate
Be an ambassador for candidate experience, sharing feedback with candidates and making sure they receive a positive experience throughout the process
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Use metrics and insights to advance or adjust sourcing strategies depending on their success
Be involved in recruitment, diversity and inclusion, University Relations, and other ad-hoc projects
Ensure consistency of postings across various platforms
Work with Corporate Communications to:
Keep recruitment sites up to date and periodically revamped
Post Employee Testimonials, Job Highlights, and related recruitment focused campaigns
What We Are Looking For
Experienced full life cycle recruiter focused on full time and all level candidates, ideally focused on engineering and/or IT
Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on talent and hiring decisions.
Drive for continuous improvement and further expanding our reach
Experienced using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and social media, and/or other interesting ways of candidate attraction, ideally with knowledge of DEI sources
Good eye for talent - Ability to understand role requirements especially within the technical field and match resumes and candidates to job openings
Engaging communication skills with an ability to explain a variety of roles and champion ISO-NE's culture and employer brand
Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
Well organized, methodical, flexible, and adaptable to changing needs
Think creatively and innovatively about recruitment and processes, must be curious and willing to research/seek out new avenues
Exceptional level of attention to detail, and a desire to be part of a team that drives for success
