Are you passionate about service? Do you bring exceptional value through service and personal leadership? You could be the one we have been looking for! We are looking to add more awesome Account Executives to our Employee Benefits Division. What would an Account Executive be doing you ask?:

  • Serving the existing Employee Benefits clients by leveraging your Employee Benefits expertise and effective internal and external relationships
  • Collaboratively and proactively leading the remarketing strategy and working closely with the producer and client decision makers
  • Driving meaningful interactions by educating clients on their coverage, service options, and HR and benefits solutions, must be confident and comfortable presenting to C-Suite.
  • Executing the service standards and practices that best serve Rogers & Gray clients
  • Some travel may be required

Essentially, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Proactive and Consultative Client Management Experience in a reputable benefits brokerage or consulting firm
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits, including ACA Compliance
  • Self-funding experience is a big plus
  • Desire to grow and learn, mentor and inspire, and THRIVE in a collaborative, team environment
  • Experience coaching and advising clients on all of their employee benefits solutions

More specifically, we really need you to also have:

  • A professional history of progressively more responsible work experience to include at least 5 years of successful employee benefits experience in a high-quality, customer contact center environment with responsibility for building excellent customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success as a high-level multitasker
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills
