Recruiting Coordinator

Duration: 3 months

Max Pay Rate $25.00-28.65/hr.


Cambridge, MA - can be 100% remote

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and growing Human Resources team as a Recruiting Coordinator. You will be part of our global support team, working to drive a seamless candidate and employee experience at all levels of the organization.

Picture Yourself:

As the connection between employees and the People Function, you will ensure our People have an efficient and positive experience every time they need something from the People Operations & Technology Team! From delivering an outstanding recruitment process, to onboarding new colleagues, you will have a huge impact on the day-to-day experiences of our candidates and employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Use your superpowers of organization to make the whole interview process flow seamlessly (scheduling of interviews, travel arrangements and other interactions as needed).
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate candidate information by maintaining high level of accuracy in our applicant tracking system. Propose creative ideas on how to improve the interview process in order to provide an even better candidate experience.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate onboarding process
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data with high level of accuracy and ensure all employment requirements are met

Who You Are:

You are an excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. You enjoy problem solving and coming up with better ways to get work done. You are highly motivated to provide best-in-class employee experiences!

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-3+ years' experience in HR
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel
  • HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
  • Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong desire to learn about the Human Resources profession

What You've Accomplished:

Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting.

Developed a strong relationship among other administrative professionals and senior management. You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customers.
