Glades Talent is working with a standout concierge Home Care agency looking to fill a Recruitment Specialist role in the Lexington, MA area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Position Summary: This position is responsible for the high volume recruitment and hiring of all caregivers (HHAs, CNAs, nurses) ensuring that Privatus has the bench of caregivers needed to staff all cases.

• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing and comparing qualifications to job requirements and company standards

• Verify references

• Follow the Company's hiring process as outlined

• Meet weekly with office staff and managers to identify and fulfill recruitment needs

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline

• Network through industry contacts, employees, and social media (including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Network within the community to generate a diverse pool of candidates

• Utilize Taleo on a daily basis for sourcing new candidates and documenting all data

• Attend outside events/meet with local businesses to generate candidates

• Place all recruitment advertising

• Attend career fairs and networking events to generate candidate leads

• Review career inquiries and conduct phone screens

• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly

• Oversee the duties of the Recruitment Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
