Job description
Day in the Life
Responsible for IT strategy, development, execution, and management activities, supporting secure digital innovation & capabilities both internally and externally. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Performs requirements analysis and test case design at project levels and establishes product roadmaps with engineering teams. This will include going to production meetings. This person will be collaborating with the programming teams to communicate effectively in understanding the request and answer any questions. As a part of the collaboration, there will be processing test cases, reviewing test output, and answering emails from the client services team.
Evaluates client requirements and documents to recommend appropriate technology solutions. Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in automated systems.
