Facilities & Energy Property Manager

Summary/Objective

This position will take direction from both the Facilities National Accounts Manager and Energy Analytics Manager based on department needs. This position is responsible to manage and coordinate the timely day- to- day facilities maintenance requests and energy projects of the stores. This person is responsible to manage cost, coordinate repairs and projects, escalate issues as needed and help with the strategic energy initiatives of the department. This position requires on call nights and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

Facilities

  • Process and manage work orders received from Service Channel
  • Set up and manage preventative maintenance schedules
  • Manage BR&M, cleaning, waste removal, landscaping and life safety
  • Process and manage quotes and subsequent invoices
  • Manage facilities vendors and service contracts as it relates to day-to-day activities
  • Act as subject matter expert for all facilities related RFP's
  • Act as liaison between Landlord property managers and BDF


Energy
  • Manage HVAC and electrical repair requests through Service Channel
  • Utilize energy management systems and other available resources to identify energy opportunities
  • Assist with the execution of approved energy initiatives
  • Coordinate with Facilities Property Managers and store teams for capex project schedules
  • Implement modifications and special event schedules for EMS/BAS
  • Communicate with stores and regional management to align energy strategy with store operations

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will manage national, regional and local vendors. This position requires coordination with stores, DC's and field operations

Work Environment

This position will work from the corporate office with some field visits. At this time, employees are currently working from home. Most communication will be via phone, email or through Service Channel

Physical Demand

This position requires minimal lifting or physical work

Expected Hours of Work and Travel

This position is a Monday - Friday home office position with on call nights and weekends

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma

2-4 years of construction, facilities management, project management or trades experience

Preferred Education and Experience

2 or 4 year degree

RFMP certification

BOMA certification
