What do we look for in a potential new team member?

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is driven, patient-centric and a brand ambassador.

We are seeking an individual who is experienced in the field of dentistry and has a commitment to grow and innovate to best serve our patients.

You have experience in preparing the treatment room, the patient, instruments, and materials and delivering procedures and protocols in compliance with the Dental Practice Act. You share our commitment to serve our patients and provide a safe, comforting and welcoming exam room atmosphere. You are the doctor's right hand by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area, positioning and passing instruments and materials, suctioning, and exposing/developing radiographic studies, and pouring, trimming and polishing study casts and removable appliances. You support smooth operations by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques. You're organized and track inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies and verify receipt of supplies. You also document dental care services by charting in patient records

In addition, you encourage our patients to keep up a winning smile by educating on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Diploma or certificate from an approved Dental Assistant program as accredited by CODA
  • Current MA DA license, VT DA license (or eligibility), DANB CDA or in CT, DAND ICE & RHS Certifications
  • CPR Certification

Experience:

  • Dental office: 2 years (Required)
  • Endodontics is a +
