Description:

Summary: Primary responsibility coordinating training initiatives with the company and supporting the HR Department in performing all HR and recruitment-related duties.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Assist in recruitment effort for all personnel by reviewing and pre-screening resumes. Utilize all manner of technology and available resources and tools including social media for recruitment

· Coordinate and conduct employee training and development

· Research industry trends and best practices to improve HR processes and policies that enhance employee satisfaction

· Perform benefits administration including reporting changes, reconciling invoices, communicating benefits information to employees, and assist with open enrollment

· Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes, including guiding new staff through the completion of employee paperwork, review of employee handbook, policy discussion, timekeeping instructions

· Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits regulations, including ensuring legal postings are current

· Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files

· Make photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions

· File / scan documents into appropriate personnel files

· Assist or prepare correspondence as requested

· Verifications of employment
