We are currently searching for an Entry Level Credit Representative to support the credit department at our Middleborough, MA location. How you will spend your time:

• Manage credit limits for all assigned accounts according to departmental policies and procedures

• Utilize trade reports, customer supplied financials, credit references and other knowledge of accounts to make credit decisions

• Function as key contact for service center managers including contact with customer base

• Conduct necessary communications with customers to collect open balances

• Implement the Company's policies toward credit hold

• Notify customers and/or appropriate sales personnel of customers being placed on credit hold

• Daily review of all accounts on credit hold and accounts about to go on hold

• Forward doubtful accounts to manager for additional collection actions after all standard procedures have been exhausted

• Provide assistance to cash application team to reconcile customer accounts

We're excited if you have:

• High school diploma, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong communication skills and detail oriented

• Accuracy and the ability to remain professional in tough situations

• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office products
