At Sager we have a high-energy team that supports our vision of understanding and satisfying our customers. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to assist sales by supporting areas related to the sales process and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who has the ability to understand our sales process, purchasing, warehouse and computer systems as it pertains to sales. This is a great opportunity to learn our business!

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, professional, organized and punctual, someone who demonstrates a strong initiative and is able to work in a repetitive fast-paced environment. This position is located in Middleboro, MA and the work hours are Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.

How you will spend your time:

• Through interaction with customers and vendors begins to develop product/customer knowledge

• Data entry using MS Excel and other systems

• Timely and accurate response to requests for order maintenance information

• Order processing and quoting responses and preparations

• Manage EDI and upload/download client forecasts and BOM's from client portals

• Special pricing uploads; Open Order Reports and process returns of materials

• Assist with Consignment counts, billings & transfers

• Assist with DC requests and submission of CAR's as needed

• Set up new accounts, email back up/coverage for Inside Sales team

• Assist with contract renewals, generate reports as needed

• Limited travel may be required (up to 5%)

We're excited if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 1-2 years professional experience in a support role, preferably a sales environment

• Strong Microsoft Excel and PC skills

• The ability to manage large amounts of transactions on a daily basis

• Detail oriented, collaborative, highly organized with an ability to multi-task
