Job description

Appcast is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will play an integral role in orchestrating and executing demand generation programs and campaigns. Reporting to our Marketing Campaigns Manager, this individual is responsible for creating innovative campaigns and identifying opportunities to not only acquire new leads but also nurture existing leads with personalized, relevant messaging. Leveraging HubSpot and paid marketing channels, this individual will work to drive marketing and sales qualified leads through the demand generation funnel with a focus on optimizing and improving campaigns based on results. This position will work closely with a diverse set of marketing professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing programs that deliver on the demand generation needs of our go-to-market strategy
  • Assist in researching and recommending new vendors and sources for lead generation
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs & SQLs generated from marketing campaigns
  • Partner with marketing leads on the design and implementation of email nurture tracks to nurture leads through the funnel
  • Conduct A/B tests to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing and advertising channels
  • Provide tactical adjustments and tactics to campaigns based on results and integrate learning in overall strategy
  • Identify actionable insights from our data and provide suggestions to teams on how to optimize the programs we have in place
  • Identify opportunities for us to test into new ideas based off of learnings
  • Assist with HubSpot tracking and campaign execution as needed for campaigns
  • Partner closely with the content marketing and graphic design teams to ensure proper messaging, engaging visuals, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns are met
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies

Required Skills and Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with B2B tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Familiarity with A/B testing best practices and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously
  • High level of positive energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment; must be a self-starter with strong time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Possess the ability to learn, adapt, and process new information quickly
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable takeaways
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Partner and Product teams
