Job description

Appcast is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our world-class global marketing team. This role will be responsible for the management of our Marketing Tech Stack, execution of marketing campaigns, and improving lead generation processes through our Marketing Automation Platform and CRM. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of B2B lead management operations and a strong analytical background. This position will work closely with a diverse set of marketing professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of HubSpot including systems administration, creation of marketing assets including but not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows, and act as the technical point of contact
  • Lead the HubSpot chat operations working closely with Sales Development on ensuring quick response times and proper handling of all chat visitors and conversations
  • Oversee a range of tracking and reporting, manage initiatives, and drive strategic process enhancements all focused on improving lead follow-up and marketing attribution
  • Improve the enablement of leads for sales, identify opportunities to improve lead routing logic, and work across stakeholders in Marketing, Sales Development, and Enterprise Sales to ensure leads are being assigned and actioned in a timely manner
  • Monitor data hygiene, the statuses of marketing leads using Salesforce and HubSpot, and identify operational improvements
  • Evolve lead and account scoring to help SDRs and Sales prioritize warm leads
  • Train members across marketing and sales on the lead management process, lead SLAs, and marketing campaign attribution
  • Conduct in-depth ROI analysis of marketing program performance, and present findings to relevant stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM is a must
  • Experience with tools including HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua or similar marketing automation solutions. Certified in Hubspot Marketing Software is preferred
  • Knowledge of integrations and connectors for marketing tools
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing software such as GoToWebinar, On24, Wistia, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Demandbase, or similar
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable takeaways
  • Experience working with marketing attribution model solutions like Full Circle, Bizible, or similar is desired
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously
  • High level of positive energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; must be a self-starter with strong time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Possess the ability to learn, adapt, and process new information quickly
