We are searching for an Executive Director, Family Centered Unit

• Provide leadership and direction for women and children's services, developing effective relationships with administrative leaders across the organization and with the physician leaders in the care center.
• Responsible for the administrative supervision of the program and for helping to create and develop clinically sound, customer-oriented services responsive to the community need.
• Responsible for compliance with all regulatory and legal parameters.
• Responsible for monitoring and adjusting services to demonstrate quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Duties include supervisory responsibility for Family Centered Unit staff and functions within Southcoast Health including selection, orientation, and training of personnel; initiation of personnel action recommendations; manpower planning and development; and fiscal accountability for establishing and controlling of operating budgets.
• Duties involve administrative and clinical supervisory responsibility for over 200 full time FTEs.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Business Administration or Health Services Administration or equivalent knowledge and experience/education is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems, management information systems, and software required.
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, implement, and coordinate management information systems and projects is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting principles including the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports and develop business plans is required.
• Duties require the ability to develop, direct, motivate, and gain commitment from teams.
• Must work effectively as a team member and team leader and prioritize work effectively.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment is required with at least 3 years being in a leadership role in OB.
