Job description

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibilities of this role will be to build consistent and actionable management reporting tools and processes that provide visibility to key operational and financial performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Finance team on a range of financial analysis and reporting tasks including regular monthly reporting to key stakeholders, ad-hoc analysis of financials and other analysis for business partners to support business decisions.
  • Provide thoughtful analysis of financial and operational performance metrics, including explanations of performance relative to prior periods, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage the definition and tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance. Perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and working closely with the accounting team to assist with close processes.
  • Support communications with senior management, the Board of Directors through the preparation of clear, accurate, and actionable financial presentations materials. Assist with the compilation of monthly and quarterly financial presentations.
  • Support the day-to-day reporting and analytics of our objectives and key results.
  • Work cross-functionally with Credentialing, Recruiting & Operations to improve Client experience.
  • Utilize strong business intelligence skills in order to provide high-quality data analysis and support to key stakeholders using BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years finance experience within a fast-paced organization
  • Minimum 3+ years as business analyst or related quantitative functions, preferably within a high-growth sales organization
  • Working knowledge of generating accounting (US GAAP) principals and processes.
  • Excels at managing multiple competing priorities and eager to make an impact on the business and works cross-functionally to tackle complex problems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality when necessary.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, NetSuite, and other FP&A software is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical thinker that can leverage data and define metrics to drive sales and hit goals.
  • Takes pride in their work's integrity, quality, and accuracy, is extremely detail-oriented and is comfortable asking questions.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving projects to completion and managing up.
  • Ability to work independently, to meet tight deadlines and deliver results, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Quincy, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
