General Summary of Position:

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to our Recruiting team and will serve as a primary contact for Hiring Managers, applicants, and partners. This position will be required to perform various recruitment and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform/facilitate pre-employment background checks and drug tests
* Create offer letters for all new hires
* Post all open positions internally and externally
* Update and maintain candidate information, statuses, feedback etc. using Taleo (ATS)
* Maintain accurate hiring/candidate reports
* Schedule interviews and meetings
* Perform additional tasks are required by the demands of the department

Required Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high volume environment
* Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using Taleo (ATS) preferred
* Experience in Recruiting preferred
