Job Summary
PRW Wealth Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) for our Quincy,MA office. The SEA will work directly with the Wealth Management Team. This person is responsible for directly communicating with high-net-worth clients to service their account requests and interacting with the back office to process these requests and other account issues. The SEA will also aid and coverage for theSenior Client Service Advisors. This role reports to the Executive Leadership Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Wealth Management Team
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Provide oversight of the delivery of social media and website updates as applicable
- Follow-up on client documentation and processes
- Communicate with clients and assist with any requests
- Maintain updated documentation and letters of authorization/ACH forms
- Work with clients to produce a raving fans experience
- Generate or update client investment reports
- Maintain and update all required licensing
Primary Objectives:
- Serve as Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team
- Work independently and maintain high efficiency in all procedures
- Respond to advisor and client requests in a timely and professional fashion
- Follow-up on all assignments to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Effectively use firm technology for management of client accounts
Key Measurements:
- Ability to integrate into client base and build rapport
- Timeliness and accurateness of completing tasks assigned
- Professionalism shown in written and verbal communications to clients (including their attorneys and accountants, etc.) and all staff
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Series 6 securities license (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a SEA for a financial firm
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and industry rules and regulations
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a boutique environment
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent Client Service orientation
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong knowledge of Morningstar Workstation and other industry tools
- Experience with Redtail CRM
