Responsibilities:
• Promote safety awareness and keeping safety as a number one priority on a daily basis.
• Organize and load bags/rolls into the regrind operation.
• Alert Setup Technicians with questions or concerns.
• Perform quality checks on regrind.
• Stores semi-finished product appropriately.
• Cut scrap off cores.
• Weigh resin boxes produced during shift and properly reports production.
• Break down and dispose of boxes, cores, gaylords and pallets.
• Assist in the cleaning of the regrind line, PM's, spraying and wiping machine clean.
• Keep line neat, organized and clean of debris in support our culture of 5S organization and accountability on the floor, driving safety & efficiency.

Essential Functions:
• Lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Walk, bend, stretch, crawl & climb.
• Ability to see, hear and communicate regularly.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Safe operation of all equipment
• Wear all personal protective equipment required by Company policy and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to handle & resolve problems.
• Must have a good working knowledge of blown film extrusion and related processes.
• Solid understanding of process and equipment capabilities.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and safety record.
