Position Summary: The Production Associate is primarily responsible for classroom and event set ups and breakdowns, maintaining records and other documents related to inventory, as well as program room and equipment cleaning and maintenance. Duties also include liaising directly with presenters, presenter assistants and guests, providing a high level of support and customer service.

Accountabilities

* Effectively execute room set ups and breakdowns for all programs, events and meetings.
* Interface directly with Kripalu faculty, visiting presenters, presenter assistants and guests, providing a high level of customer service.
* Complete assigned maintenance in program rooms and work areas (i.e. cleaning of blankets and yoga mats, mopping floors, distribution of yoga props, etc.)
* Receive and properly store incoming supplies and equipment
* Support Supervisor and Leads by ensuring clear communication regarding successes and challenges during shift hours and before shift changes.
* General office duties as assigned (i.e. paperwork, record keeping, filing, photocopying, printing)
* Provide coverage or perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, within Production and in other areas of the organization when needed.
