We're looking to bring on a new Personal Lines Customer Service Rep. onto our rapidly growing team. After receiving a warm welcome and settling in your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with exceptional customer service.
  • Staying current with agency/industry technology changes.
  • Review and coordinate expirations with the customer and/or the producer to obtain the information required to renew coverage.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers for an annual account review prior to renewal in order to help maintain a high retention ratio.
  • Identify opportunities on our existing book for additional revenue.
  • Providing customer service to their existing clients and building a relationship with your counterpart at the customers operations.
  • Keeping producers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts.
  • Preparing renewal presentations as requested.
  • Answering and/or resolving coverage and billing questions or issues.

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance in MA and RI.

At least 5 years of experience in insurance or a related field.

A self-starter with a diligent work ethic and a focus on attention to details

Well organized and focused on key priorities.

Good communications skills both verbal and written.

Knowledge of computer systems and ability to utilize computer programs.

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
