As a Manager II Property Administration, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) property system. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to effectively collaborate with these functions to develop and implement organizational goals, influence system solutions, facilitate forward thinking initiatives to include streamlining and integrating processes, and incorporate best-in-class reliable solutions for customer and enterprise requirements.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
This position requires managing and mentor a mid-sized team to include balancing workload, assignments and performance development in a complex environment. The candidate will Integrate a culture of improvement and efficiency into the property organization driving innovative solutions and affordability. You must be able to display effective communication and leadership behaviors during times of change. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with DCMA and customers (both internal and external) to shape proactive relationships that will allow property to comply with all regulations and audit protocols. This position will require daily interaction with other teams, programs, and Business Units (BU's) to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
* Bachelors' degree Supply Chain, Business or related field Or Master's Degree: MBA or MS
* Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience encompassing a strong working knowledge of Logistics and Property Management theory as well as experience in the Logistics, Property, Operations, Supply Chain or Program functions
* Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFAR contract property requirements
* Leadership experience and team management ideally in a fast-paced matrix environment responding quickly to shifting priorities, rapid customer requests and holding other accountable to their commitments
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required to effectively collaborate with Property, Logistics, Procurement, Production Control, Programs and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
* Experience interfacing with all levels within an organization
* Leadership skills that motivate employees while driving change
* National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
* The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
* Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM and Property system (i.e., UPS)
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of database architecture and management
* Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), disclosure statements and Sarbanes Oxley
* Desired candidate will exhibit the ability to effectively communicate with program managers, directors, functional leadership, customer representatives and government agencies related to property activities
* Skilled in team building, conflict resolution and relationship management to create an effective partnering environment that includes credibility, respect and trust
* Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure that RMD business needs are met
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers and team members
* Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with Property, Logistics, Procurement, Production Control, Contracts, Programs and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
* Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities
* Active Secret clearance
* Previous DoD experience
