Your Responsibilities
Maloney Properties is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our team providing service to our residential portfolio in Northern MA and Southern NH. This person will fill a vital role in this community, handling leasing and marketing, waitlist management, re-certifications, rent collections, accounts payable, and overall office management. You will be based in Haverhill, MA with some travel required.
Your Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a skill set that includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills. A team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to the community will be key in the long-term success of this position. Previous property management experience is required. Knowledge of Project Based Section 8 and LIHTC programs are required. COS, CPO or C3P designation is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
