SAP Recruiter

We are hiring an SAP Recruiter to join our fast growing North American team. This role will support the recruiting and onboarding efforts of this global SAP organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves interaction with people, is comfortable facing uncertainty and taking on new challenges, enjoys solving problems and building structure/processes to streamline and simplify operations. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment!

LinkedIn

  • Assist with recruiting efforts on LinkedIn;
  • Post job opportunities to LinkedIn;
  • Conduct research on LinkedIn for potential candidates;
  • Communicate with prospective hires potential opportunities, mission, history of organization;
  • Develop LinkedIn network, engaging with individuals and groups;
  • Monitor LinkedIn pipeline.

Jobvite (applicant tracking database)
  • Enter candidates into Jobvite;
  • Assist with communication to PMs, hiring managers and partners;
  • Maintain candidate database;
  • Send new employee email with directions to link JobVite account to LinkedIn;
  • Train new employees on how to use Jobvite ;
  • Learn reporting feature on Jobvite to determine hiring metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Help build and communicate company culture that amplifies our mission, vision, and purpose;
  • Assist in the management of recruiting including drafting job descriptions, job postings, candidate reviews and screenings, tracking and scheduling interviews, and drafting job offer templates and SOWs.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate communication skills and willingness to travel, etc.;
  • Market LSI as a great place to work to potential recruits;
  • Assist with handoff to HR for new employee onboarding and ensure a positive beginning for all new team members;
  • Support the planning and fulfillment of staffing needs of the organization.
  • Support recruiting Director with administrative tasks;
  • Schedule interviews;
  • Complete reference checks;
  • Catalog job descriptions;
  • Onboard subcontractors;
  • Responsible for handling confidential candidate and employee records;
  • Other duties as required by the role.

Requirements:
  • BS or BA, or equivalent;
  • 2-5 years recruiting, technical recruiting preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written skills;
  • Is a clear communicator and great listener;
  • Outstanding time management and organization, and problem solving;
  • Proficient in MS Office, social media and database management.
