Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Remote US

LumiraDx is a medical technology company developing, manufacturing, and marketing smart connected diagnostics and diagnostic-led care solutions. Founded in 2014 by entrepreneurs with a successful track record in building and scaling medical diagnostics and health IT businesses, the company has major operations in the UK and the USA and is supported by a global sales network, LumiraDx is a high growth organization.

We have recently launched the innovative LumiraDx Platform, and are looking for proactive, experienced, focused, and enthusiastic individuals who can make a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of our dynamic and forward-looking company.

In this role you will utilise your experience to significantly impact and deliver recruitment across the US. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect talent to fill roles at numerous levels across multiple disciplines.
You will work in a fast paced, growing environment with a focus on delivering high touch experiences.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Deliver full life-cycle recruiting across our business
  • Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Leaders to understand business priorities.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to deliver on talent needs. Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results.
  • Work with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead to create long-term recruitment processes
  • Directly source your own talent while using Search firms, agencies, and other recruitment partners for other positions.
  • Work with HRBPs to build key metrics crafted to predict recruitment needs and build effective strategies to meet goals.
  • Leverage workforce plans and internal talent tools to increase internal hires.
  • Demonstrate external market data, vendors, sourcing channels, and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting, ensure a quick turnaround on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interview panellists, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Find opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.
  • May act as a liaison between the hiring manager, HRBP and the partnered firms on outcomes and results.
  • Work in a data driven way where quality/quantity of hires, hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates and requisition load is measured.
  • Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.


What are we looking for?

You'll be a seasoned in-house recruitment professional who is happy to be hands-on and also help us build the tools, capabilities and strategy to deliver a great talent acquisition service. If you have the following experience, it would be great to hear from you:

  • Extensive in-house recruiting experience in a fast-moving and growth environment
  • Proven ability to attract and select diverse slates of candidates
  • Proven experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines with strengths in technical hiring
  • Experience creating and sourcing strategies across a variety of fields
  • Excellent communication skills with different audiences
  • Demonstrated experience working with all levels of management
  • Ability to partner with and influence multiple key stakeholders
