This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business.Job PurposeSupport, challenge and embed performance management into NGBuild and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders within the BUs, functions and GroupUse benchmarks and external insights to add valueKey AccountabilitiesSupport the creation of a performance culture across the BU/FunctionsSupport the embedding of intra group benchmarking measures into performance management conversationsEngage collaboratively across EPM to drive rigour, consistency and insight into BU quarterly reviewsSupport assurance and benefits tracking of progress on transformation initiatives and benefits realisedProvide analysis to support alignment of strategic objectives to metrics and initiativesAssist in engagement with BU/Functions to ensure adoption of Performance ContractHelp identify where EPM Lead needs to hold candid performance conversationsSupport Head of EPM and EPM Leads in driving a culture of accountabilityQualificationsBachelor's Degree or Accounting qualificationExperience in utility service business activities and systemsDemonstrate an understanding of how value is generated within the area supported, and of operating within a regulated business environmentHold a track record of strong stakeholder management for a defined areaAbility to think enterprise-wide and long term, in the context of financial performanceEvidence of comfort communicating with executivesCompetence in technical operations desiredThis position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
