Responsibilities:
Fitness Together® Winchester is looking for a Lead Personal Trainer who is passionate about coaching the other personal trainers on the team to continuously improve their knowledge and skills. Fitness Together® Personal Trainers genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of clients and take pride in their work by providing an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impact. They empower commitment by holding clients accountable to their goals and constantly go above and beyond to encourage progress over perfection. In addition, the Personal Trainer Lead is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with recruitment, hiring and training new Personal Trainers on the Fitness Together® client experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
Lead Personal Trainers make from $35K to $45K annually

As a Fitness Together® Lead Personal Trainer, you will...
Design safe and effective fitness programs accommodating the unique needs and goals of each Fitness Together® client, including adapting programs when clients travel or participate in their sessions virtually
Educate and empower clients with a clear understanding of their fitness program, so that they are motivated to stay committed to their plan outside the studio
Conduct both in-studio and Live, 1-on-1 Virtual Personal Training sessions with clients
Coach all team members on program design to ensure that all programs meet brand standards and follow the proper training protocols
Audit programs and hold regular meetings with each member of the team to review programs
Help to troubleshoot ideas for accommodating clients with challenging injuries or limitations that will keep them safe, but still on track with their goals
Express a positive attitude and show regular appreciation to clients and team members
Create unique, memorable and personal experiences for clients and team members that make Fitness Together® clients for life
Interact with clients and team members without judgment, and express empathy for those around them
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to meet the needs of those around them
Always maintain a space of cleanliness and ensure a safe and accident-free environment
Professionally represent yourself through your appearance, language and behavior
Express patience and determination to hold clients accountable to reaching their goals
Constantly look for ways to enhance your skills to grow as an expert in your field.
Create opportunities for the team to share skills and knowledge so that everyone can continuously improve
Position Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)
2-4 years of personal training and program design experience
Extensive understanding of injury prevention/management
Experience & success working with special populations
CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment
Ability to adapt quickly to each client's individual needs
Must have the emotional stamina to be "at your best" with each client
Ability to motivate and coach clients, in order to ensure continuous progress
Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks
Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office, email, and internet
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols for the studio
