Job description

FirstPRO is now accepting resumes for a SalesForce Manager position. This role will focus on developing strategy around the company's SalesForce product by making long term roadmaps, incorporating capabilities and features to meet business demand, help lower cost of ownership, and manage relationships between business stakeholders and IT to deliver solutions. This is a permanent, direct-hire position that can offer benefits and long-term growth opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Financial Management of the Salesforce platform and service offerings including implementation of an effective process to manage swaps and transfers
  • Engage with business stakeholders and IT on current business plans, strategies, and future opportunities and developments to understand future demand and optimize investments.
  • Manage and influence key stakeholders across business and technology, to develop and convey platform vision.
  • Lead and guide the community of product teams building on the Salesforce Platform. Establish best practices, gather platform requirements and prioritize development and implementation. Drive the product planning fitting in long-term roadmaps and aligned with short-term release plans.
  • Continually monitor and refine the product and lead and influence the performing service management and expert opportunities to optimize user experiences.
  • Lead and manage the Platform Life Cycle(s) for the business, by translating potential pipeline products to agile development projects, work closely with development teams to create new business product releases focusing on additional and/or new functionality, product simplification, and increase transparency.
  • Closely monitor product portfolios and business composition, gather relevant data to continuously gain new insight and adjust roadmaps, offering to optimize performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage and take responsibility for the sustainability of the end-to-end platform experience.
  • Communicate issues and successes up and down in the project groups, IT, and the business.
  • Oversee and manage product budgets established in consultation with stakeholders by balancing resources, vision development, prototyping, and sustain product teams to deliver and maintain the product.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 10 years or more of relevant professional experience as senior Salesforce team leader or
  • 6 years of more experience leading IT projects in SCRUM / Lean / Kanban methodology
  • Experience leading Enterprise Salesforce Platforms
  • Strategic planning and thinking - Develops product strategies, vision, and roadmaps that align with the product line, architecture, and technology direction and are consistent with enterprise priorities.
  • Act as service owner and business partner responsible for our Salesforce Platforms
  • Technical understanding of Salesforce. Can act as a power user of the platform and can demo, evangelize and enable product teams.
