We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).
Job Description:
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Provide technical expertise across the Commercial Lines and Infrastructure technology business units, understanding the relationship between the business and the data and technology that supports the business.
Responsible for the collection, analysis and documentation of business and/or technical requirements, which may include, but is not limited to: Participating in planning sessions with business partners to improve a business process or products.
Collaborates with all relevant parties by demonstrating knowledge of the business technical systems and providing timely and accurate information between the business partner and the information technology organization.
Assessing needs to identify business priorities and may advise business partners on options and technical limitations.
Analyze and document requirements to create specifications, utilize story-boarding and prototyping to facilitate the design of integrated solutions.
Participate in project planning from requirements through design, testing, implementation and maintenance.
Serves as a project team member for projects of medium to large scope and moderate complexity, or sub-projects within a large or highly complex project.
Experience working in incident management using tools such as Service Now.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
5+ years of experience in Property/Casualty, Commercial lines middle market knowledge preferred.
OneShield product knowledge preferred.
Adept in desktop applications and software tools
