Responsibilities:
Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate Counselors, and Overnight Staff.

Participate in the development and implementation of component goals, objectives, and work plan tasks that are directed toward accomplishing the Agency's Mission and Vision.

Ensure optimum program coverage through the development and monitoring of the schedule.

Develop program structures and routines which promote a therapeutic milieu which fosters growth and development for all.

Responsible for collaborating with Licensed Clinicians and other Integrated Team members to complete all Assessments, Treatment Plans, Service Notes and Periodic Reviews according to prescribed timelines.

Responsible for the implementation of high quality rehabilitation according to each person's Treatment Plan.

Utilize crisis intervention or other means to intervene during a crisis situation, following established program and Agency procedures.

Participate in the Quality Improvement process including conducting Surveys and developing/implementing corrective action plans.

Participate in On-call rotation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services with residential and administrative experience preferred.A High School diploma and valid driver's license required.
