As a member of the companys environmental social governance (ESG) organization, support implementation and improvement of the companys environmental sustainability programs, with a focus on ESG disclosures and data. Working under the direction of the Manager Environmental Sustainability, this position will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret various ESG data; and developing data collection/validation/management processes in support of our long-term ESG plan and reporting efforts. This position will serve a key role in the preparation of Dominos annual Corporate Stewardship Report and related disclosures. The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in environmental sustainability with a data focus, be self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail. This position will also support the development and implementation of ESG programs and policies for the larger organization more broadly.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

(75%) ESG DATA MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS

Manage the collection, storage, validation and distribution of ESG data and content for annual reporting and responding to requests from key partners.

Coordinate with stakeholders from across the organization to compile company-wide greenhouse gas (GHG) and other ESG data annually.

Develop tools that enable ESG metrics and data tracking.

Improve and streamline ESG data collection / organization and leverage data for analysis and measure advancement towards goals.

Develop, augment, and implement processes to standardize and validate environmental data and work with team members and vendors to ensure these processes are followed.

Measure KPI performance across a variety of ESG initiatives; provide ongoing reporting.

Analyze data to identify opportunities and targets for improvement.

Serve as leader on ESG/sustainability reporting, benchmarking best-in-class methods, monitoring future trends and priorities, and making recommendations to enhance Dominos data collection and reporting methods.

Prepare responses to sustainability disclosure frameworks, including GRI and SASB.

(25%) ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

Work with the Director and Manager Environmental Sustainability and cross-functional peers to ensure cross-functional progress on ESG strategy and impact areas.

Partner with our internal Communications team to develop communications and outreach materials, such as case studies and progress towards goals based on ESG data.

Work with internal Procurement team, Supply Chain Centers (SCCs), stores, and waste vendors to track and calculate our overall diversion rate; support both new and existing diversion programs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to develop/improve and implement policies and programs which improve the environmental impact without detracting from other business goals.

Maintain understanding of leading trends and changes in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and overall sustainability landscape, including regulatory issues.
