Financial Coordinator

Location: Detroit MI/Remote

Duration: 6-7 months

Description:

* Dept: A P,Fin Adj and Escheat
* Looking for a strong financial candidate that has excellent communication, computer, and accounting skills to assist with Accounts Payable activities including but not limited to the following: expense report reviews, 1099 reporting, cash operation duties. BOE payments, pay cycle processing, invoice uploads, spreadsheet creation, account reconciliation, special projects, and supplier updates.

Required Skills/Experience:

* Computer software including EXCEL
* Accounts Payable Experience
* 1099 Reporting
* Supervisory Experience
* Good research skills
* Variance Analysis Skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* General Ledger and Account Reconciliation Knowledge and Experience
* Board of Escheates Reporting Experience
* Corporate Expense Reporting Experience
* Financial Audit Experience
* 3-5 Years of Financial/Accounting work experience in a large organization

Education/Certifications Include:

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
* Masters Degree a plus
