Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Project Manager. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of project work. The Project Manager is responsible for aligning project work with strategy and delivering the project, and working closely with upper management to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. The Project Manager is the point of contact for the project team and client and ensures all projects comply with Avomeen standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Supports execution of projects against the contracted scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders using the agreed upon project toolset

Under guidance of a project manager or director of project management, develops project plans based on templates to be shared with Clients as well as other staff members

Measures, monitors, tracks and reports project performance/progress using approved manual and automated systems, tools and techniques

Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors, and ensures outsourcing work is done on time

Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferred

3-5 years' experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
