Job Overview


Opus IVS is currently looking for a Sales Assistant to focus on various administrative and tactical tasks related to Sales. You will be working in collaboration with our internal sales teams, helping to build and maintain a consistent sales funnel for our territory sales specialists. You will play a key role in helping to educate potential customers about the importance of OE scanning, while positioning Opus IVS as the solution within the automotive repair/collision industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming sales calls:
  • Assist with inbound phone orders
  • Route calls to appropriate salesperson or department when necessary
  • Check order status
  • Check Status
  • Vet vague or incomplete web orders
  • Vet international orders
  • Generate sales reports
  • Accountable for distributing sales leads
  • Process product returns and upgrades with emphasis on customer retention
  • In an extremely expedited manner, respond to:
  • Internal support tickets
  • Customer support tickets
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
