CRESA Plante Moran Cresa (PMC), affiliate entity of Plante & Moran, PLLC (PM) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations.

Plante & Moran CRESA seeks a success minded candidate for the position of Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager. Candidates should possess a high degree of discipline, self-confidence, professionalism and analytical ability with a proven track record of personal and professional success.

Transaction Managers work in a team environment to provide exclusive tenant and buyer representation for office and industrial space users. This candidate would immediately assume a significant level of responsibility servicing existing firm client relationships, generating new business, and managing real estate transactions.

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining and building client relationships
• Develop new business opportunities
• Develop, understand and work with high level Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage real estate transactions (new leases, renewals, expansions, subleases, contractions, expiration's , and early terminations)
• Facilitate communication with project stakeholders
• Coordination of transaction processes including requirement definition, analysis and negotiations
• Coordination of real estate project activities with internal clients and outside advisors

The qualifications.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ year's professional experience with a strong emphasis on financial analysis
• Consulting experience a plus.
• Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Metro Detroit area or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
• Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnight travel
