Position Summary: Assistant Field Manager + Field Manager Positions (Depending on Experience)
Requirements:
? Manage the day-to-day construction of homes in one or more communities
? Ensure tasks are 100% complete and in compliance with New Home Construction Standards
? Communicate with customers throughout the process and perform the Build Quality Introduction, Orientation, Walk and Celebration
? Approve tasks for payment and communicate schedule delays to Resource Planning
? Ensure customers receive a Quality Home while also delivering a Quality Experience
? Very stressful, but very rewarding

Compensation:

2-5 years direct homebuilding experience
Title ? Field Manager II Base ? 65k
OT hrs/week) ? 13k
Bonus % of 15% target) ? 10k Cell Phone & Fixed Auto ? 4k
TOTAL CASH COMP ? Around 90 - 100k +
Assistant Field Manager/Field Manager (No Prior Residential Construction Experience)
Base ? 58k-65k
OT hrs/week) ? 11k
Bonus % of 12% target) ? 7k Cell Phone & Fixed Auto ? 4k
TOTAL CASH COMP ? Around 83k
