We are now hiring for a Catering Specialist.

Description:

The Catering Specialist will be responsible for catering sales. They will provide and model exceptional Customer Service. Their primary responsibilities are securing catering orders, generating BEO's, collecting payment, coordinating the work load, logistics and supporting the Catering Kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Have previous kitchen experience.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a variety of retail shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours without a break.

Responsibilities:

• Model and provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Oversee the successful completion of Catering.
• Effectively resolve Customer issues.
• Meet deadlines in regards to Catering preparation.
• Generating menu for Customers with accurate pricing, menu descriptions, and labor.
• Following up with Customers, as needed to offer assistance and receive feedback.
• Must process all invoices for accounting purposes in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate with Customers, Team Members and Store Leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of all relevant Plum Market policies and standards.
