**What's a typical day as** **a Clerical Administrative Assistant** **? You'll be:**


+ Client Support through email and telephone calls to answer non-technical queries from clients and liaise over workflow matters and related issues


+ Answering email and telephone queries and following up responses with the accountants


+ Collecting and processing incoming and outgoing mail


+ Receiving payments from clients and reconciling EFTPOS Receipts


+ Workflow management - entering jobs into our electronic work flow program, and printing weekly reports


+ Preparing documents and interview packs for accountants meetings with client


+ Scanning and filing
