Job DescriptionA well-established, dynamic, forward thinking, and fun financial advisory practice is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join its team in Charlotte, MI. Doolittle & Associates is a legacy based Financial planning Practice dedicated to serving clients' overall financial health and wellness. The practice has been part of a small community for over 50 years, is under the third generation of leadership and serving multiple generations of clients. Our team prides itself on caring for these clients as if they are close, personal friends or family members. Our culture is important to us and successful candidates will have this same passion for serving our clients.ResponsibilitiesYour Role with Doolittle & AssociatesAs an experienced advisor coming into our mature practice your primary roles are:Partner with the employing franchise owner to facilitate transitioning specific clients in the client base to you in which you will service.Heavy emphasis on deepening existing client relationships through financial planning.Leverage Doolittle & Associates and broader Ameriprise marketing tools to attract and acquire new clientele.Keeping in mind this is a small business which will provide you opportunities to respond to ad hoc requests, coordinate/track projects and/or manageWhy work for Doolittle & Associates?This is an opportunity for a highly qualified candidate to walk into a mature and defined practice with the intention to learn, grow and be part of the legacy of the business.
