We're hiring for the 3d shift, and you'll work Monday through Friday from 8 PM to 6:15 AM. We'll look to you to be flexible about working extra hours, as necessary, including the occasional Saturday. To be a good fit for the Production Supervisor opportunity, you will have:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in production environments
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and train others
• An understanding of Lean manufacturing
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others

You will provide leadership, direction, and coordination of a prescribed manufacturing area, with responsibility for safety, quality, and productivity. You will be an active participant in continuous improvement, employee involvement and equal employment opportunity systems. You'll make contributions in the areas of communication, quality, materials, continuous improvement, staffing, leadership and safety.
