Dearborn, MI

JOB SUMMARY FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:

• Powertrain process tools team is looking for a product designer working closely with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements on product objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:

• The Product Designer is expected to have a strong exposure in Agile framework and tools like Rally/Jira. Need to have a capability to prepare design materials such as mock-ups, wireframes, and other artifacts to be used in the development process and collaborating with cross functional product teams.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:

• 7+ years of experience as Business analyst

• Strong knowledge in agile processes and tools like Rally/Jira.

• Ability to transfer the business requirements into Epic/Sub-Epic/Feature and user stories in Rally which is understandable by product team.

• Produces design materials such as mock-ups, wireframes, and other artifacts to be used in the development process.

• Collaborating with cross functional product teams to assess and prioritize design opportunities, identify constraints and deliver design recommendations to relevant stakeholders

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects/tasks

• Knowledge of design thinking principles, processes and practices

• Knowledge of user centered design principles, processes and practice
• Experience Preferred:

• Experience in J2EE technologies, Web Services and Oracle/MSSQL server .

• Strong verbal and oral communication skills

• Education Required:

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Computer Science, etc.,

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
