Responsibilities
Beaumont Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility)
A new, 144-bed behavioral health facility - Beaumont Behavioral Hospital will provide a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues will be offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility will provide a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy. Opening soon.

Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will provide assisatnce to the Human Resoruces Director within the hospital. The HR Generalist responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recxruitment, employee relations, retention and engagement activitiies;on-boarding; new hire orientation; mainteannce of employee records; HRIS support and other duties/activities as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of Human Resources, preferably in a health care setting.
Additional Requirements: Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resoruce Information Systems (HRIS). Strong oral and written communication; Working knowledge of employment law (federal, state, and local). Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
