**Description:**
Looking for a well rounded Maintenance Technician. This position will require a candidate that has strong mechanical experience but is also well versed in electrical. They will be working with 2 other technicians and will be in charge of keeping the plant and the machinery up and running. The day to day responsibilities will be a mix of proactive PMs and reactive maintenance. PMS are updated in computer system as they go. PMs are done daily throughout the shift but if a line/machine breakdowns down, then that become priority number 1. Although there will be 2 other Maintenance Technicians on the shift, every Maintenance Technician will be required to support the breakdown. Team environment and Maintenance Technicians will work together to repair machines and/or keep production running. Some issue require simple repairs and some issues require complex repairs - that is why each Maintenance Technician needs to help out. Candidates will need of have experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, blue print reading, and overall mechanical and electrical maintenance/troubleshooting (refer to 'Qualifications').

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Must Haves:
1) 3+ years of mechanical maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing of manufacturing/production equipment.
a) PUMPS
b) CONVEYORS
c) Preventative Maintenance (PMs)
d) Quick tube disconnects for plumbing/pumps
e) Gearboxes, gears, motors, welding, plumbing/piping, drive shaft, sprockets, cams, chains, oiling/greasing.
2) 1+ year of electrical maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing of manufacturing/production equipment.
a) BLUE PRINT READING
b) Relay/PLC troubleshooting, track and trace electrical issues, inputs and outputs, viewing program (no programming/addendums/changes/editing to current programs).
c) Electrical troubleshooting - wires, relays, sensors, and voltages up to 480V.
3) Positive Attitude
a) Candidate needs to be a team player and willing to help out when needed.
4) Computer skills
a) They will need to have basic computer knowledge so that they can report what has been fixed within their maintenance system.
Nice to Have:
1) Journeymen license/card (any)
2) Blower system experience
3) Push bearings experience
4) Allen Bradley experience
5) Boiler license/experience
