Is an ambitious and self-driven Recruiter with a passion for finding talent at all levels of in an organization across all regions while working in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalists. The Recruiter is also responsible for using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. This will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans by utilizing various sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruitment and sourcing ideas.

• Embrace and operate within core values.
• Manage full cycle recruitment and interview process. This includes, sorting and screening resumes, sourcing passive talent, conducting phone screens for skill and cultural fit, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Work directly with Hiring Managers to develop sourcing, recruitment and interview plans for each open position.
• Source and interact with potential candidates on social media, professional associations, employee referral programs and internet searches by crafting unique messages and testing out different recruitment campaigns.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hires.
• Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of (3) years relevant recruiting experience. • Successful track record with passive candidate sourcing techniques, including creating Boolean strings and sourcing beyond resume databases.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment; previous agency recruitment experience is preferred. • Experience working with all levels of positions from entry level to management level.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated capability in full cycle recruiting on a regional level for a wide variety of roles and levels in multiple functions required.
• Previous experience utilizing social media sourcing strategies for recruitment purposes.
• Ability to represent the organization with a high level of professionalism.
• Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle changing priorities effectively.
• Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients and employees.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.
• Effective problem-analysis and problem resolution skills; strong customer focus and motivation.
