Job description

An up-and-coming Cannabis operator located in Metro Detroit is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their growing Finance and Accounting team! You will be key in supporting cash management, risk management, merchant services, and other finance and accounting related programs. You should be a self-starter with a passion for everything cannabis and creating an inclusive industry as well as company culture. We are looking for highly analytical individuals who can operate in an ever-evolving company and industry

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Assist with the management of all daily, weekly, and monthly cash and accounting processes
• Support the cash flow and liquidity forecasting process
• Support the facilitation of all insurance programs
• Assist with the development of treasury policies to promote best practices treasury management
• Assist with all process management, process change, and implementation of technology to automate manual tasks in the treasury function
• Administering corporate-specific payment activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of corporate treasury management experience required
• Degree in accounting or finance preferred
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
