$30,000 Base Salary (+ Commission)

At Shine, we pride ourselves on strong communication, professional work and friendly service. We are looking to bring an energetic Business Development Representative onboard as we look to make a significant expansion in the Genesee County territory. Shine provides both commercial and residential exterior building maintenance services, such as window cleaning, pressure washing, roof & gutter cleaning and holiday lighting.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for developing strong client relationships to drive both new business and return/repeat business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and the desire to be part of a fast growing and exciting company. The BDR will work with both commercial and residential customers to provide top of the line customer service by educating customers on our services, providing quotes, following up and ensuring the entire customer experience is positive. The BDR will join and actively participate in local networking organizations as a means to promote and generate business. The BDR will work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Experience & Education:

• 2 years in outside sales preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
• Experience working both independently as well as on teams

Shine offers:

• Base salary + commission structure
• Company provided laptop
• Vehicle allowance
• Fuel card
• Modest expense account

Compensation: 30,000 - 40,000
