Infosys is seeking to hire anAssociate Manager of Client Services for our Retail Consulting Group to be based in Grand Rapids, MI. As an Associate Manager of Client Services (AMCS) you will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned region/account(s). You will work together with senior management to build an account plan and will be responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the AMCS handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million.Key Associate Manager of Client Services Priorities:Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-CloseClient delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etcAbout Infosys RetailInfosys helps retailers better understand shoppers' behavior and uncover business opportunities to drive footfalls as well as web traffic. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
