But, beyond growth, Acrisure's dedication to its highly unique business model, ownership structure and entrepreneurial culture, has put Acrisure on the envious path of being the largest, most successful privately held insurance brokerage in the industry. And yet, the journey is just beginning.

Our model is highly unique. Through equitable alignment and commonality of purpose, we marry the goodwill of our local, autonomous Agency Partners with the resources and support of a global company to accomplish two core objectives: create value and be a good partner.

Our culture is unwavering. We are a collaborative company of entrepreneurial, innovative, and growth-oriented people. We collectively out strategize and outwork the competition and have a prodigious desire to win and succeed. Acrisure's Culture of collaboration drives our growth. Our home office exists to support our Agency Partners with concierge-level service so our Agency Partners can focus on what they do best, generate all our revenue and profit. One cannot happen without the other.

Our vision is clear and deliberate. We passionately believe in our future and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. We have a limitless opportunity to achieve milestones and generate success that have never been accomplished before. As a result of our ownership structure, the success and corresponding value that is generated ensures to benefit the very people who create them, our employees.

The foundation has been paved and the direction is set. The opportunity is ours and we control the outcome. The formula to achieve this is simple: Take cultural alignment and an unrelenting focus on value creation and synergize them with highly talented people who love the intensity of actively building in a high growth environment. When this happens, we will no doubt look back and know we have achieved something that is truly once in a lifetime. Are you one of those people?
