Job description

ADHD Online is actively seeking a talented and highly-motivated individual to join our rapidly growing organization as a Healthcare Recruiter. This role will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of contracted healthcare providers and internal support staff. Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit ideal candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment sites
  • Evaluate and screen resumes/applications
  • Post and maintain job descriptions of open roles on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
  • Conduct phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews
  • Meeting department recruitment goals and filling open positions in a timely manner
  • Communication with candidates during the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Tracking of candidates through onboarding process
  • Maintenance and retention of Provider Network
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Provider Onboarding Specialist to ensure successful recruitment and onboarding of all candidates
  • Work closely with in-house legal for candidate contract questions
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine priority recruitment focus areas and coordination of new hire candidate training
  • Collaborate with candidates to ensure all required new hire paperwork and training is successfully completed, as needed
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with maintenance of department documents and processes

Skills

  • Strong proactive recruitment experience, preferably in the Healthcare field
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment
  • Adaptability to change
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
  • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruitment sites
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field, preferred
  • Healthcare experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
