What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant, office or warehouse. As a materials handling expert, you will be entrusted with receiving, storage, inventory control, internal distribution, and shipping, in compliance with corporate standards. To enable you to accomplish this task, you will make use of a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks.
As part of the Technical Operations team, your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.

How You Will Achieve It
The Lead Logistics Vaccine Operator will perform the following:
Set schedules, assign/rotate operator roles, and dispatch workload to operators, technicians, material handlers and distribution specialists.
Coordinates inbound and outbound shipping activities
Coordinates and assures completion of SAP activities including picking, time out of environment scanning (TOE), and post goods issue.
Investigate and resolve data integrity issues in SAP and vaccine documentation.
Participate in and lead internal, customer and regulatory audits
Facilitate training and mentoring of new operators, technicians, and distribution specialists.
Assures all colleagues and TCW's are working safely and compliantly following all applicable safety rules and guidelines
Assures all colleagues and TCW's are compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation.
Participates in and leads M1 and PHP investigations
Investigate and resolve deviations (QARs) including use of QTS
Assist in the design and implementation of Warehouse CAPAs
Ability to serve as Logistics Vaccine SME on projects
Maintain training at or above 96%.
Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks in support of the Kalamazoo Site objectives.
Set schedules, assign/rotate operator roles, and dispatch workload to Logistics Operators.
Monitor and facilitate ordering of operating supplies as needed
Dependable - Follows unit / area / plant requirements and guidelines.
Backfills TL position as required
Qualifications
Must-Have
High school diploma / general education degree (GED) plus
An Associate /Bachelor's degree, OR
Veteran/Military experience, OR
5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or GMP facility (e.g. current or previous Pfizer colleague or contractor or similar)
SAP Experience required
Warehouse/distribution experience preferred
Nice-to-Have
Bachelor's Degree
Warehousing experience
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Job will include standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting may be required. Job will also entail occasional weekend, shutdown and holiday coverage. Job will require off-shift support.

Weekend, holiday, and overtime may be required to meet business or customer needs. This operation will work 24x7x365
